200g dark chocolate, chopped
250g cream cheese
¼ cup icing sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon Irish Cream Liqueur
1 x 200g pkt Tim Tam biscuits, crushed
- Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, cook on High Power for 40 seconds, stir, cook another 30 seconds, stir until chocolate has melted, cool.
- Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until combined, stir in liqueur and melted chocolate. Chill until firm enough to handle.
- Roll teaspoonfuls in biscuit crumbs. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
